TikTok ad for pants that never showed up

I saw this ad on TikTok for 8 pairs of pants for $28. Seemed like a good deal so I bought two sets. That was about a month ago.

They made me download some app to track the shipments. The app was really vague and the shipping info was wrong. It said my package was delivered but nothing showed up. So I emailed them at [email protected] and they sent me a link for "real time tracking". I emailed again when it said delivered again and still nothing. They said they would look into it and it would take 2-3 days.

That was weeks ago. I never got the pants. Lost $56. Their website is redskyesrr.com.
