Paid for a BBQ skewer, got a fake tracking number and lost my money

I saw an ad for a 3 prong barbeque skewer and ordered it. They charged me $44.50 right away. Then they sent me a tracking number that was fake and claimed it was delivered to me. I never got the item.

I disputed it with Paypal because I paid with my MasterCard debit card. But Paypal ruled in their favor, so I got charged again for something I never even saw. The tracking number they gave was JSEEJ0631828019YQ and it says it was shipped by JS_EXPRESS on May 6, 2026. But nothing ever showed up.

On my statement it shows up as "PAYPAL *REDWOODC25Q". The seller is Redwood Robotics Co., Ltd. and their email is [email protected]. Phone is +86 18606535148. I just wanted the skewer, not this whole mess.
