Signed up for Referrals Trade and they keep stalling on my refund

I signed up for Referrals Trade on February 19th. Paid $1,200. After three days nobody contacted me for onboarding so I tried calling the number on their website. It was disconnected. I found the number I used for the initial sale and another number from online reviews, called and texted both. They finally got on the phone and told me it would be 45 days before I got any referrals. I never got any communication or leads after that.

On June 4th I asked for a refund under their 90 day failure to meet lead commitment. They said they needed a 5 day review period, I agreed. I told them their main website phone number didn't work and they said they'd fix it in 3 days. It still doesn't work. After 7 days I asked for my refund again and they said they were still reviewing my account.

Once they have your money they just stall. The numbers that still work are 631-778-7690 and 314-947-5893. Their website is referralstrade.com and email is [email protected]. Their address is NA, Glen Oaks, NY 11004.
