Ordered a solar sign but got a wired one instead

I ordered a solar powered address sign from Regal Maison. What they sent me was an electric power over fire wire display, a POE thing. Not even close to what I wanted.

They don't pay attention to detail at all. I'm really disappointed with the product. Cost me $75. I'll be posting a bad review on ScamPulse.com about this.
