Got a weird call about a civil complaint pending out

I got a call from someone named Steve Barker. He said he was from the Reginal Claims Office. He told me there was a civil complaint in the process of pending out and that it was imperative I call back his office.

The number he gave was 833-807-6367, extension 117. The call came from a different number, though: (320) 200-1460. The address they gave was just MN, USA. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything with them and I don't have any debts with a company by that name.
