Email saying my business registration payment was declined, then charged anyway

I got an email from [email protected] saying they were a “business advocate” and that my payment for renewal of business registration got declined. It said my business might be dissolved if I didn’t pay.

Then the same day my Bank of America business credit card got charged $150.00. Right after that email.

Bank of America denied the charge later. They said it might be because the card info was entered manually. So someone took my card number and typed it in themselves. I never gave them permission to do that.
