Billed monthly for "information" after buying a shoulder massager

I ordered a shoulder massager from Rejuvacare. I got the item and paid for it. Now they're trying to charge me $42.70 every month for what they call "information." I just got two bills for $42.70, both for the same month! I had to stop my credit card payment. I paid $57 for the massager and then it's $42.70 each month forever? I want people to know this company is a racket.
