Thought I was downloading a property app, it tried to take money

I got a text about a property management portal. I thought I was supposed to download an app for it. The website was called Relax Mantra. So I went to download what I thought was the app.

It ended up trying to take my money. It took $1.00. The address they had was 145 S Fairfax Ave Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036. I was just trying to get the portal app, not buy anything. This didn't feel right at all.
