Faxed invoice for a pharmacy from a vendor we never used

Our pharmacy got a fax from some company I have never heard of. It was an invoice, looked like a bill for supplies we never ordered. The fax had their phone number (800) 761-0178 and an address on Forest Lane in Dallas.

I tried calling the number and it just felt off. The email they listed was [email protected] which doesn't match any vendor we work with. We didn't pay anything because we knew it wasn't right. No company name on the fax that I recognized. Just a fake invoice trying to look real.
