Someone using my old office address cashed a check meant for my company

So Jorge Rojas is renting my old office space at 770 Bound Line Road in Waterbury. A customer of mine mailed a check to that old address and he got it. He set up a company name almost like mine—Reliable Equipment Sales 1, LLC—and cashed the check. My company is Reliable Equipment Sales, LLC.

The bank let him cash it with a signature, which doesn't seem right. I lost $6,710.43 from this. I already filed a police report, talked to the landlord at my old building, and contacted the CT Secretary of State. I attached the fake listing so you can see what I'm talking about.
