Charged for a plan we never agreed to sign up for

My mother never agreed to sign up for any plan with Reliant Home Warranty. They charged us anyway. It was $236.22. When our credit card company blocked them, they just used a different company name to put the charge through again.

We don’t want this plan. We want nothing to do with them. I’ve tried emailing but get no reply. When you call, they just say there’s nothing they can do and won’t let you talk to a supervisor. It’s impossible to get this fixed.
