Relzotech charged my card twice for no reason

So Relzotech charged my credit card again for no reason that I know of. They did the same thing back in July for an item I was thinking about ordering. I never even finished the checkout or anything.

Last time they did refund the money back to me, so I guess that's something. But why does this keep happening? I didn't order anything from them this time either. It's just frustrating to see a charge on my card that I wasn't expecting and I have to wait for them to give it back.

Charge on my card for a subscription I never signed up for

I am disputing this charge with my credit card. After doing some Google research, apparently it is supposed to be for some type of subscription. For what, I do not know. I have never used this card "without being present", as the text alert stated, as this is a fairly new credit card.

So I have no other information on Relzotech other than the charge. I make online purchases thru PayPal, but that is not the case with this particular charge. Their website is https://relzotech.com/ and the amount was 39.99.
