Website asked for my resume then tried to sneak a paid contract

I went to www.remotejobs.io because I was looking for a work from home job. It seemed like a normal job board so I put in my resume with all my personal info.

Then after I submitted it they tried to get me to sign some kind of contract to pay for a service. They didn't say anything about paying before I put my info in. It felt sneaky like they just wanted to get my details first. I didn't pay anything but it still bothered me.
