Lost money on a website that took my order and never sent anything

I ordered something from https://renomua.com/ and paid about $50. Never got anything. No tracking number, no email back, nothing. The site just took my money. I don’t know who runs it but don’t go on that site. I wish I had checked first.

Ordered from a TikTok ad and never got my package

I saw this company on TikTok and ordered something, it was $70. They took the money and I never got the item. I tried emailing them at [email protected] a bunch of times and nobody ever answered. Their website is renomua.com.

I just want my money back or the product. It’s been a while now and nothing. Feels like a total waste.
