Paid for a book, got a broken e-book file instead

I was looking to buy a book and found their site. I thought I was buying a physical book. After I paid the $7, they said it was actually an e-book purchase. Then they sent me a file that was faulty and completely unreadable.

I contacted their customer service at [email protected]. They sent a second copy, but it was just as broken. Now they're telling me they don't do refunds. I just wanted the book I paid for.
