Ordered a book online and only got a PDF download link

I saw a book for sale on renosiv.com, "The Correspondent," for ten dollars with free shipping. I went ahead and placed the order for it.

I never got a physical book in the mail. What I got was just a link to download a PDF file. I don't think the charge actually went through on my card, but that's almost more worrying. Now I'm concerned about where my personal information from that order went, since the whole thing felt off.
