Rip-off

I signed on for a one-time, one-month trial to check out RG. While there were a few helpful videos there was nothing that consistently moved the needle in my game (10 hdcp.) I subsequently went on-line to cancel the subscription. I never received a reply to my cancelation request and RG continued to bill my card for two additional months at $59.99 mo. I ultimately had to cancel the card and have it reissued to prevent further charges. I requested a refund for two months and they never responded.

Signed up for free golf balls on Facebook and got charged anyway

I saw this ad on Facebook for a free sleeve of golf balls. All I had to do was pay shipping, so I put in my credit card info. A week later I noticed a service fee charge on my card.

I called the company three times. Each time they told me I didn't have an account with them and had no record of me. I don't even think they're in the U.S. Then I emailed their support address two weeks later and they said the free golf balls were only for people who subscribed to their service. They claimed that was clearly stated on the offer. I never saw that anywhere or I never would have signed up.
