Signed up for free golf balls on Facebook and got charged anyway

I saw this ad on Facebook for a free sleeve of golf balls. All I had to do was pay shipping, so I put in my credit card info. A week later I noticed a service fee charge on my card.

I called the company three times. Each time they told me I didn't have an account with them and had no record of me. I don't even think they're in the U.S. Then I emailed their support address two weeks later and they said the free golf balls were only for people who subscribed to their service. They claimed that was clearly stated on the offer. I never saw that anywhere or I never would have signed up.
