Advertised as organic but shipped from China with no return label
When I got the shipping tracking number, I saw it was coming from China. That already made me suspicious. When the package arrived, I opened it and saw they had put a shipping label right over the original one. The return address on it said SPO, 3716 River Rd Unit 200, Franklin Park, IL 60131.
I emailed them right away, within 30 days of getting it, using the address on their site. I told them I hadn't opened any of the products and wanted to return everything because it clearly wasn't a US organic product like the website made it seem. They replied saying they were very busy and I should be patient. I sent multiple follow up emails after that but never got a return label. There's no phone number anywhere on their site, only that email. I lost $65 on this. It's just a complete scam.
Their product made me sick and now they won’t respond about a refund
But the only way to contact them is by email at [email protected]. I sent four emails to that address and also replied to an email from someone who said she was the company owner and that she responds to every email. I told her what happened and asked for a full refund. That was 7 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from any of my emails. Nothing.
