Their product made me sick and now they won’t respond about a refund

I ordered this product from renoviaorganics.com and when I used it within a week the smell was so bad I couldn’t stand it and it actually made me sick. They say they have a 90-day money back guarantee so I figured no problem.

But the only way to contact them is by email at [email protected]. I sent four emails to that address and also replied to an email from someone who said she was the company owner and that she responds to every email. I told her what happened and asked for a full refund. That was 7 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from any of my emails. Nothing.
