Got a fake rental listing text, they tried to get my personal info

I got a text about a rental property. The person said they were the owner and sent me a link to a credit report page on Rent.com. They wanted me to put in all my personal information there. It felt off immediately. The whole thing was just a setup to get my details. The phone number they used was (806) 790-1913 and they said they were in Texas. I didn't give them any money but they were definitely trying to scam me.
