Bank texted me about a declined charge I didn't make

My bank texted me about a transaction for $39.99 they had declined. They asked if I had did that. I already had my card locked so they said if I wanted to complete it I could unlock it but they had it labeled as a scam.

All I got is the phone number (844) 799-1735 that shows up in the details. Thankfully my bank saved me on this one. Even if my card was unlocked they would've contacted me first before letting it go through since it was suspicious.
