Called Hilton Waikiki, got a fake reservation desk that overcharged me

I was trying to make a reservation at the Hilton Waikiki. I called what I thought was the hotel, but it was this "Reservation Desk" number that came up. The person who answered acted like they were from Hilton. They made all these promises about my stay.

They said I'd get adjoining rooms, a free airport shuttle, free vouchers for the hotel facilities, and a free rollaway bed. None of that is real. The Hilton doesn't even have a free shuttle, and they charge for the rollaway. I was overcharged by $1400 for the rooms. Now I have no idea what was actually booked for me when I arrive. The whole thing feels very sneaky and corrupt.
