Signed up for a card over a month ago and still nothing

I signed up for this card on 5/30. They told me it was going to take 2 weeks to ship out and I would get an email when it did. It has been long past that now.

Every time I call they say there was an issue with the first batch of cards and they don't know when it's going to be shipped. Their number is (855) 942-4898 and the website is app.reservecreditcard.com. It has almost been a month now and still nothing. No card and no reason why I haven't gotten it.

They pretend like they are a real company but they are not. I lost $95.00 on this.

Ordered a credit card a month ago and still nothing came

I ordered a credit card from Reserve Credit Card over a month ago. They told me it was shipped but I never got anything. I tried calling them at 1(855) 942-4898 and nobody really helped me.

Their website is app.reservecreditcard.com and their address is 9000 W Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, CA. I also emailed [email protected] but no reply. I lost $100 on this and just want my money back or the card. Not sure what else to do.

Instagram ad for Reserve Credit Card took my money and no card came

I saw the ad on Instagram and applied for a credit card. They said I was approved for a $300 credit limit so I paid the $95 fee. After waiting 2 weeks I emailed them asking about the card. They said everything was still processing and I would get an email when it shipped.

Then another week went by and I got an email saying the card was shipped and to give it 10-14 days. Its been 3 weeks now and still nothing. I emailed them again and they just said to be patient. There is no way to track the card at all. Their website is www.reservecreditcard.com and the address is PO Box 844146, Los Angeles, CA 90084. I emailed [email protected].

Approved for a credit card but never got it and they took my money

I was approved for a credit card with a limit. The card issuer requested a $35 application fee and a $60 processor fee, so $95 total. They sent an email saying the card is pending shipping and should arrive by May 29th. Well today is June 4th and no card.

I found out others are experiencing the same issue. The company is a scam advertising on Instagram and Facebook to help build your credit. They say most approved but never delivered the credit card. They just take the $95.00 upfront. Their website is reservecreditcard.com and the phone number is 855-942-4898. Their address is PO BOX 4728228, Los Angeles, CA 90064. I emailed [email protected] but no reply.

Paid fees for a credit card that never showed up

I filled out an application online and on May 6th I paid a $35 fee and then another $60 fee. They told me the card would be mailed in 7 to 10 business days.

So I waited and called them on May 27th. The person on the phone said the card was already mailed. But here we are on June 5th, 2026 and still no credit card in the mail.
