Applied for a credit card and now they won't respond
Since then they have been lying to me about when the card would be shipped. They kept saying it was on the way but it never came. Now they are just ignoring me. I have sent chat messages and emails but nobody is answering. I lost $30.00 on this.
Paid for a credit card that never worked
Finally the card shows up in the mail. I try to activate it using the link they gave me, http://app.reservecreditcard.com/. It just doesn't work. The card is totally dead, can't activate it at all.
So basically I paid for nothing. They took the fee and sent me a piece of plastic that is useless. Their phone number is (888) 315-4015 but I doubt calling would do anything.
