Paid deposit and fee for a credit card that never worked

I sent them $75 for a deposit and application fee for a credit card. The card came in the mail but I can never get it to activate. I tried calling the customer service number they gave me but nobody ever answers. One time I got through and they gave me another number to call and that one never answers either.

Their website is www.reservecreditcard.com and their email is [email protected]. The phone number they use is (888) 315-4015. I just want to know what happened to my money. This card is useless.
