I got a second order I never asked for and can't reach anyone

I placed one order from Resilia for their Oll of Oregano with Black Seed. Then a whole month later, I got another order shipped to me. I never signed up for continuous orders or anything like that.

I've been trying to call them at 203-516-7743, but no one ever answers. There's not even an option to leave a voicemail. I contacted my credit card company about the charge since I didn't authorize it. They gave me another number to try, but that one doesn't get answered either and the mailbox is full.

This whole thing feels like a scam. Someone really needs to look into this company.
