Voicemail about tax mediation and abatement from a woman

Got a voicemail from a female. She said she was calling from the resolution review desk about tax mediation and abatement. Said my account was in final stage review and a few items need attention today.

Left her direct number which was 771-222-3150. Said if I left it open the account might start moving forward automatically and limit solutions. Felt like a scam to me.

No money lost but it just seemed strange. No company name on the voicemail either, just that phone number.
