Resolve 1st Financial keeps calling and hanging up about a debt

This company Resolve 1st Financial keeps contacting me and hanging up about 7 times a day, so I decided to call them back. They sounded like complete scammers and asked me to verify my social security and I told them I'm not comfortable with that and demanded to know what this was about. This guy said I owe a debt of $3600 debt from an account from HSBC from 2012.

I told him I don't have any debt and this sounded really suspicious. I asked to speak with his manager and then she proceeded to tell me that if I didn't pay that money she would proceed with a judgement. I told her to proceed and hung up. Afterwards, I did some research online and other people are reporting the same company calling them owing $3600 from HSBC and threatening a judgement. Sounds to me that they are trying to scam people out of money by threatening them. I also have put a complaint in at the CFPB to investigate as this has to stop.

Got a call about a debt I don't even know about

Got this call from resolve 1st financial. Said it was very important and time sensitive. Told me to call the number on my caller ID to talk to someone about my account. Number was (540) 386-9624. I don't even know what account they're talking about. Never heard of them. They didn't leave any real info just that. Sounded like a debt collection thing maybe? But I don't owe anything. Address they gave was The Plains, VA. Just felt off. No money lost or anything but still annoying getting calls like that.

Constant calls and threats from Resolve 1st Financial

I keep getting all these phone calls and voice messages from Resolve 1st Financial. They call from different numbers, one of them is (201) 586-3359. Every message says I have to contact them right away about some financial matter.

The latest ones say I need to call before they file papers that will upset my life. Then it's back to telling me I have to call ASAP. Later in the day the message changes to say they'll file papers against me. I'm getting 4 or 5 of these calls every single day.

I haven't called back and I never will. This has to be some kind of scam. I don't want any part of it.

Got a voicemail from Resolve 1st Financial about an account I don't have.

I got a voicemail recording. It said, "Please call Resolve 1st Financial about your account in our office by calling the number shown on your caller ID now."

The thing is, I don't have any debts in collections. I know I don't owe anything. The call came from (458) 899-0808. I didn't call back because it felt off. I never signed up for anything with them. Now I'm just getting these messages about an account that doesn't exist.

Constant calls about a loan I don't owe from 2014

I keep getting calls from Resolve 1st Financial at (754) 667-4771. It's up to three times a day during business hours. They say I owe money on a cash advance loan from 2014 from some place called Loan Point USA. They claim the amount is now $2,500.

The person on the phone said it was a felony and that they would file a lawsuit. When I asked for a debt letter or some proof, they just said all the information was already given to me. They said they didn't know what other information I would need. It doesn't make any sense. I never got any information from them.
