Ordered something in April and still nothing by June

I ordered a product from this company in April, 2026. By mid June I still didn’t get it so I contacted their support team. They told me it had been delivered in May.

First they gave me a tracking number that showed the package was stuck in a different state. Then they used a completely different tracking number to say it was delivered. They didn’t offer to refund me or send a new item. They just said it was delivered and wished me a happy life.

Do I really care that much about $42? Not really. It’s more how they handled it. They had no intention of making this right. I feel like this company is a total scam.
