Online store Restlinens won't let me return anything after 30 day policy

I am filing a complaint about Restlinens because they won't honor their return policy. They said they had a 30-day return policy but now they have shut down all their customer service. Phone, chat, email, everything is dead. I tried to return something that didn't work for me and I can't get through to anyone.

I tried multiple times to contact them. It feels like they intentionally blocked me so I couldn't return the product. They are just avoiding me to get out of honoring what they wrote. I spent $109 and now I am stuck with something I can't use. I want to warn other people about this company because they are not reachable at all.
