Strange $97 charge from a company I never heard of

I got an email notice from my bank on 7/26/26 about a $97.00 charge that was pending. It said it was submitted without my credit card being present. So I checked my online account right away and sure enough there it was. I did not make this charge. I have no idea who Retry Rescue is or what this is even for.

I tried to dispute it on my bank’s website but they told me I have to wait until the charge posts first. So I asked them to email me when it does. I looked up the company on your Ecautious.com site and saw it’s been reported as a phishing scam. I guess that’s what happened to me.
