Got a scam charge attempt from a site called RETRYGUARD.

I got a charge attempt on my credit card from some place called RETRYGUARD. I never bought anything from them. I looked it up and their address is listed as 304 Chinoe Drive in Radcliff, Kentucky. It was for an online purchase, but I didn't make one. The charge didn't actually go through, so I didn't lose any money, but it's really concerning. I don't know how they got my card information. Just getting this attempt felt really off and now I'm worried.
