Ordered a wallet and never got it, no refund either
When I emailed them asking for a refund, they just said they couldn't do it and that the product was "in transit." That was a while ago now. I don't think it's coming. Just out the money I guess.
Ordered wallets with GPS tracker, got cheap plastic boxes instead
So I reached out to ask about returning them. I figured I’d send them back to the address on the package in Vernon, California. Instead they emailed me asking if I’d accept a 15% refund of what I paid. That’s $9.90 on a $66.00 order. I told them no, that’s not acceptable, and that they clearly don’t stand behind their products. Then they came back with an offer for 30% refund, which is $19.80. I said I just want to return them for a full refund.
The next email they sent me had a shipping address in CHINA with no postal code. I told them that’s not acceptable either since the product shipped from California. I’m still waiting to hear back. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company now.
