No tracking number after weeks of waiting on order
Every time I email them at [email protected] they just say the product is in transit. But when I ask for a tracking number they cant give me one. That doesnt make any sense to me. How can it be in transit with no tracking info?
The address they have listed is in Los Angeles, CA 90028. I dont know what else to do at this point. Just want my money back or the product.
Ordered and paid but never got my product from Revaecare
They have plenty of excuses though. Always something. No product. No tracking. Just a charge on my account. Buyer beware I guess.
Ordered a wallet and GPS tracker from Revaecare.com and got nothing

Ordered something from Revaecare and can't get a real person to help
Every time I try to get some answers, I can't talk to anyone. There's no customer service phone number or anything. They only reply to emails, and the emails they send back feel like they're written by a computer. It's just AI-generated stuff that doesn't actually help.
They haven't been able to give me any information at all. I paid for something and I have no idea where it is or if it's even coming. It's really frustrating not being able to speak to a real person about this.
