Ordered something from Revaecare and can't get a real person to help

I placed an order on Revaecare.com back on January 19th. It was for $47.75. Since then, I haven't gotten any tracking info or even an estimate on when my purchase might show up.

Every time I try to get some answers, I can't talk to anyone. There's no customer service phone number or anything. They only reply to emails, and the emails they send back feel like they're written by a computer. It's just AI-generated stuff that doesn't actually help.

They haven't been able to give me any information at all. I paid for something and I have no idea where it is or if it's even coming. It's really frustrating not being able to speak to a real person about this.
