Ordered a scooter that never came, can't get my money back
I ordered a scooter on December 18th from Revico, order number 1247. It said it was delivered but I never ever got it. No matter what I did I could not get an answer or a hold of anyone.
So I called and filed a claim on Shop, the app that was servicing this and giving me updates. They said they wouldn't refund it. I don't remember the exact quote but they said they didn't find substantial information to give me back my money. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac, I have my own door and porch and I sit right where I can see it all the time because I am disabled and homebound.
