Emails and texts about a bill I don’t owe

I keep getting emails and texts from [email protected] saying I have a balance due. The email says to click a link to access my statement and pay. I also got texts from them, one saying they have a new digital billing experience and another saying it’s a reminder I have a balance due.

The link in all of them goes to rv2.io. I never signed up for this. I don’t know what the bill is for. There’s no company name on the messages that I recognize. I didn’t lose any money but it’s annoying getting these. Feels like a fake invoice or something.
