Ordered a sweater from Revved Supply and never got it

I bought a sweater from Revvedsupply.com and it never showed up. So I contacted them and they got some representative who said they couldn’t help me and that they would move my ticket up to get someone else to help. Then they sent me another email asking about my feedback and experience with the company but nobody ever actually fixed my issue. I still want the sweater I paid for or my money back. I even emailed them asking for a refund. Nothing.
