They took money out of my account for a membership to win something

I just saw they took funds out of my bank account. I called the number, (877) 451-4157, and it's some rewards thing. They said you pay for a membership to win something. We don't have the funds for any of this bologna.

I called them and argued. They said they will only put 60% back in our account. That's $76 they took. This isn't right.
