Ordered pants from a Facebook ad but got earrings instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for comfortable pants so I ordered a pair on 6/21. When the package showed up it was a bunch of earring studs. Not even close to what I ordered. They just sent me something random instead of the pants. I paid 51 dollars for this. I have no idea how to get my money back or even contact anyone real about it.
