Dog food supplement with no real refund policy

I bought a dog food supplement off Instagram. They said 30 day refund if you don’t like it. Well it was not good so I asked for my money back. They made me negotiate just to get 30% back. I cancelled the order.

Then a week later they shipped another package anyway. I did not order that. Now they won’t give me a full refund. They are trying to negotiate a 20% refund this time. They already charged my credit card. I demanded a full refund but they have not given it.

I fully believe they will send me more product and bill my card again. They bill you 100% for something you did not order then offer you 20 or 30% back. That is what they do.
