Final notice about a car warranty with no company name

Got this pink envelope in the mail that said *Final Notice* with my name on it. It said I didn't contact them to have my vehicle service contract activated and that the contract has or will soon expire based on mileage or age.

They want me to call 1-833-273-0546 and refer to record ID X128811. Thing is, I just had my car serviced at the dealer, so none of this makes sense. No company name on the letter, just an email address [email protected].

I didn't lose any money, but it felt weird getting something that looks so official when it's clearly not real.
