Facebook ad for Rhino Gear straps took my money and nothing showed up

I saw these Rhino Gear straps on Facebook with a sale saying buy two get one free and they said fast shipping too. So I ordered on June 13th. Cost me $64.97.

They claim customer service gets back to you with a real person within 12 hours. I emailed them at [email protected] and got nothing back. Emailed again. Still nothing. The shipping updates they show don't even make sense, like the movement is not real. I looked into it more and yeah this website is a scam. Just took my money.
