Ordered something online and they say it was delivered but it wasn't

I ordered something off Facebook, the website was for Rhinogear. I paid about 30 bucks. They say the package was delivered but I was home the whole time. I sit right next to my front door and it never came.

Tried to contact the company through the email they had, [email protected], but everything is a dead end. No one answers, no real way to get help. I just want my money back or the item.
