Got scammed with fake checks after sending money to strangers

I got an offer to receive checks if I sent money to other people. So I did that. I sent $1800. The checks came to me by email from [email protected].

But then the checks got flagged for fraud and they were denied. The money went to someone named Sayma Salas and a CashApp for Makayla Graves, theylovemakayla0. Now I'm out the money and the checks were fake. The phone number involved was 1(213) 219-8004.
