Voicemail saying they'd come to my job and home

I got a voicemail from someone named Richard Newman. He said he's from the "process division" and that he got an order for me. Something about 2 pending matters.

Then he says since he was able to reach me by phone, he'll be actively pursuing me at my place of employment and my residence. He said I have the right to contact the client to resolve it voluntarily, but if they locate me I forfeit that right. Gave a case number 1203 16 8 and told me to call back at 502-233-6274.

It sounded really threatening. No company name on it, just this guy's name and a phone number. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt off.
