Strange voicemail about a delivery I never ordered

I got a call from a restricted number. I didn't pick up, just let it go to voicemail. This guy said his name is Richard Porter and he's a private courier. He said he's calling about some sealed documents that are supposed to be delivered tomorrow afternoon. Said I have to be at my residence to sign for it. He gave me a phone number 716-647-6084 for some filing office and a reference number 1000728. Then he said unless he hears from me he'll be seeing me tomorrow. I never ordered any documents. It just felt off.
