Frequent calls about a personal loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls from this guy Ricky Lewis saying he’s following up on a personal loan inquiry. I never asked about any loan. The message says something about a $29,000 loan at 5.99% and payments around 499 a month. He wants me to call 888-905-1562.

I report it as spam and block the number every time but they just call from a different one. The latest call came from (940) 746-7403. I haven’t lost any money but it’s annoying getting these calls all the time.
