Getting constant loan calls from numbers that keep changing

I keep getting calls and messages about a loan, and it's been going on for months. I'm on the Do Not Call list and I never asked them for anything. They always tell me to call 855-688-1429, but the number that calls me is always different.

I finally called them to ask who they were and where they were located. The guy who answered just asked me why I wanted that info. I told him it was so I could file a complaint if I needed to. He told me not to do that and then just hung up on me. It felt really shady.

The whole thing seems like a scam. They won't tell me anything, they call from all different numbers, and they just won't stop. I want the calls to end.
