I only got one boot from an online order

I ordered a pair of boots online. The package showed up and I opened it. There was only one boot inside. Just one. I checked the box again, nothing. I don't know who the actual company is, the address on the info is just Ridgewood, NY 11385. I paid for two boots. I only got one.
