Ordered from rileyridge.com and got a counterfeit product

I ordered from rileyridge.com and paid $77.97. The website looked fine but what I got in the mail was not what they showed. It was a counterfeit product, really poor quality. The shipping took forever too.

After I placed the order I started looking around online and found their Trustpilot page. Overwhelmingly negative reviews, 2.1 stars out of 5. A lot of people saying it’s a scam operation out of China. That would explain the long wait.

The package came from LA though. The shipping label had the address 1228 San Pedro Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. So there are people here in the country involved too. Their phone number is 1(626) 505-1506 and email is [email protected]. This needs to stop. They are misrepresenting themselves and the product.
