Ordered scrubs from rinbuy.com and never got them

I ordered scrubs from rinbuy.com and never received them. It's been a while now. I've been contacting them to get an update on my order, but they just give me the run around every time. I emailed [email protected] and tried to follow up, but nothing. No tracking, no real answers, nothing. I'm out $40 and have nothing to show for it. It feels like they just took the money and that's it.

Ordered scrubs from a TikTok ad, never got them and got a fake tracking number.

I saw a sponsored ad on TikTok for Figs scrubs. It took me to a website called rinbuy.com. I spent $37.43 on an order.

I never received anything. They gave me a tracking number but it was fake and didn't work. The payment on my statement says VLOOKMEIISH. I got nothing for my money.

Ordered scrub pants from rinbuy.com, no tracking and no pants

I bought scrub pants from rinbuy.com back on January 23rd. I picked the color Evergreen in an extra large. The money came out of my account, $16 total.

But they never gave me a real tracking number. The one they have doesn't work or isn't valid. I never got the pants. I tried emailing [email protected] about it and got nothing back. It's been months now.
